At Made In we want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate of $14.95 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00 in Australia only.
Our aim is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Orders received before 11 am on weekdays will be sent that day. Items ordered on weekends or public holidays will be posted next business day. General items will be sent via Australia post with delivery within 5 – 10 working days. During the check-out process, you should specify any special delivery instructions.
It is important that you verify your information is correct, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information. We also require a contact phone number, which may be used by the courier to arrange delivery. If we and our delivery partner have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 3 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances, we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery fees incurred by us.

We endeavour to make sure that all products shown on our site are in stock, and that pricing is correct. If items are unavailable they will be marked as "OUT OF STOCK". Unfortunately, at times there can be errors in stock, you will be notified within 1 working day if the product is unavailable. You will be offered a full refund or a new delivery time frame if you are still wanting to continue with the purchase.
