Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Lemon Verbena, Lavender

Caffeine free, 100% Australian Certified Organic, free of sugar / artificial colours / flavours.

Brewing instructions:

  • Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water
  • Allow to brew for a minimum of 5 minutes
  • Leave infusion in for longer for a more full-bodied aroma
  • Can be served hot or cold
  • You can drink it every night.
